software’s port

settings may be

incorrect.

1 Enter the following

initialization string in

your software setup

screen:

AT&H3&I2&R2S7=90.

1 Disable any Terminate and

Stay Resident (TSR)

programs running in the

background.

1 Load the comdriver that

came with your fax

software.

1 Lower baud rate to 9600.

1 Make sure the

communications software’s

port settings are correctly

set for your system..
